Have you ever just had time out on your own?

Have you recently just had time out and allowed movement, free unrestrained movement just flowing over your feet.  In the desert this may be sand, air and maybe over water.  Tropical rain forest you might avoid the wet puddles and trickling rivets of water.  By the sea the waves crashing along the foreshore may have hazardous things being underneath? But still the desire is there.

Time out time is occurring.  look for somewhere just to be by yourself - even in a crowd.  Take time to appreciate your extremities   Feet or hands.

After a few minutes of tuning into what these feeling are you experience feel invigorated or restful   Extremities time out is an important time for the wellbeing of your body.   Enjoy it.

Off load the pent up anger

Look at relaxation - the being able to relax - as an opportunity to establish a preventative health time. Have you thought about how often the way people choose to relax has been trained and mentored to them at some point in their life?

Relaxation is a learned habit. While some people relax with yoga, complete Ti Chi relaxation steps others go and look at the pea seeds they have planted or fishing.  Either way the action of taking some inaction time is what relaxation  therapy does best. Finding your balance. Bringing the 'triangle of being' into releasing the free flow of energy.

Through lowering the risk factors caused by stress within or daily lives not being channelled from our bodies and minds  Each of us learns tactics that release our negative energy. Pain is sometimes associated with the release of that negative energy.  All living things dislike experiencing the pain actions.  Tactics are devised to ignore pain, avoid pain or not allow the pain to enter our daily lives. By closing off thus not dealing with pain the channels to release stress and anxiety have diminished.

At this point grief at loosing who we were is able to even be blocked.  Since we then do not recognised who we are now the old measures that were learned when we were younger are no longer the key to release. Without a relaxation balancer how can we as people 'roll with the punches' with out reacting negatively?

Each of us deal with our, and work through our blockages in a different way. For instance the gardener may go out there and re dig a garden plot. Weed and thought into the compost pile all the weeds, then even turn over the compost. While 'taking' to themselves throughout the actions the realisation of the compost being ready to dig into the now dug soil may act as a trigger that completescircle.   Now another may start. By the time the gardener has planted the seedlings near by, planted the seeds some place else, hung up the vines, got rid of a few snails and slugs the anxiety and stress blockages have been worked through.  The energy flow has started to have positive results. Harmony within balance has begun to be established.

These actions releasing the pent up anger, frustration and anxiety over something. After a time the gardener may stand back, breath deeply, gather vegetables and flowers for tonight's dinner and return to doing something else positive. When looked at again through new eyes the initial explosion point triggers may even look, feel and be explored from a different angle.

Relaxation has had more than one positive result. While being less toxic to your own health you are less toxic and volatile to others peace of mind as well. You feel better, being to look better, act with a different view to life.  Release where, who and what you are,  The path you are now journeying on is navigated with open eyes on a distant goal.  Survival becomes an ongoing journey where there are stop off point and time to smell the roses., not a race around the same concentric circles.

Relax.  Avoid the pain of serious health problems through making minor lifestyle choices. Now you can change bad habits into goof ones as you have become more aware you not only are you informed through experience and guidance but you can choose which path you take, but which habit is good for you.

RELAX YOU CAN DO IT

Find a quiet spot where you can sit or lie down, put on some relaxing music, take a deep  breath in and hold 2 3 4 then release 2 3 4 repeat for five minutes, then think of a place where you feel safe and relaxed and continue to do your breathing techniques. You can do this from 5 minutes to hour you should always allow 1 hour to yourself daily as you should always have time for yourself to relax.

TIME OUT IN THE PLANTS

You can talk to plants, move them around and they don't fight back.
In my garden there is a large box full of sandy soil which seems to have been created from left over builder's sand. Because it is so porous the water just seeped through so I buried each herb pot in the sand with a dish underneath and bingo! I can relax and watch the herbs grow. This saves space water and time.
